These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the towing and roadside assistance services provided by Quick Tow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in North Hollywood and the greater Los Angeles area. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide towing, roadside assistance, jump starts, tire changes, lockout service, fuel delivery, and related services. Service availability and scope depend on location, vehicle type, and circumstances. We will give you an estimate and description of the work before we begin when possible.

2. Pricing and Payment

Quotes given over the phone or on-site are estimates. Final charges may vary based on actual service performed, distance, vehicle type, and any additional work required. You are responsible for payment at the time of service unless we have agreed in writing to other arrangements. We accept cash and major credit cards. If your service is covered by insurance and we bill your provider, you remain responsible for any deductible or amount not covered.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate location and vehicle information, ensure the vehicle and area are safe for our personnel and equipment, and be present (or have an authorized person present) as needed for the service. You must inform us of any hazardous conditions or special handling requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

We perform services with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for damage caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., road conditions, vehicle design, or prior damage). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by law.

5. Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us before pursuing other remedies.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
